Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients on my waiting list. 

I require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations and rescheduling. There will be a cancellation fee equaling 50% of service total cancelled late, or 100% of service total for no call/no show.
